Paley's Place is Included in Eater Essential Portland Restaurant Guide

Every three months, Eater PDX puts together their elite thirty-eight essential Portland restaurants list. Paley’s was included, and we are honored to be on the same list with such incredible restaurants.

Brooke Jackson-Glidden writes, "Chef Vitaly Paley has long been a leader in Portland’s culinary world, championing some of its biggest-name chefs and highlighting its best produce. Paley’s Place is still a favorite for super-rich escargot bordelaise and seared foie gras, but any given diner should keep an eye out for fun one-offs — think: Azerbaijani pasta khingal with juicy, fat prawns. These are the dishes breathing new life into one of Portland’s longtime greats."
