We enjoy taking our show on the road to bring what we offer at the restaurant to new venues. Over the years, we've cooked at a steady stream of events outside of the restaurant, from James Beard dinners to food and wine festivals to cooking classes. We particularly enjoy venturing out into our local wine & farm country, which brings us full circle: Paley's Place features our region's best ingredients and wines in the restaurant—why not bring Paley's back to the source?

Paley's Place Catering applies the same rigor and creativity of the food and service at our restaurant to your private events. We tailor our menus and services to each event, which allows us to cater all types of events of any size.

We have catered events including:

• an outdoor wedding for 150 with a three-course family-style dinner featuring NW cuisine
• the street food-themed 600-guest holiday party for animation studio LAIKA, where we offered various fry bread tacos such as Lamb Shoulder with Spiced Chick Pea Purée and Charmoula
• the state tourism department's Oregon Bounty dinner for 50, where we built an elaborate seafood buffet of crab shakers, made-to-order ceviches, and fresh shucked oysters with various toppings
